Last two days at work were surely over-hyped and dripping with surprises. Teacher of the Summer award, the Talent Show paraphernalia followed by a hearty approbation publicly expressed by the management in the form of a standing ovation and a gigantic bouquet (I love roses), Jay's surprise visit to TSPS and the laurels Adrian and Peter sang in his ears about "some wife he's got" were some of the main highlights of the day for me. The shimmer in Jay's eyes touched my heart and I genuinely felt over-whelmed by the fact that my hubb's so proud of me. I also felt that I was lauded up to the skies not because I got a fantastic end of the year farewell but because I received inordinate love and encouragement from my kids and that made my day. I matter because they are there... so, rendering homage to all my kids in this post would be the fairest thing to do, I guess. Love you my littleuns .
